At Sandook Sweets, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellation

  • Refund/ Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase by individuals.
    • For 100% refund/cancellation, the request shall be emailed to Sandooksweets@gmail.com
    • Order details along with invoice must be attached
    • Bank details must be mentioned in the email, of the individual in whose name the order is booked
    • You may cancel your order post 24 hours however, no refunds shall be made

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Perishable goods

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your request, we will inspect and verify it.
  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method/bank account.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank for processing time

5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
